CAREER SUMMARY

FJ has been with Realty Capital since 2004 starting in the capacity of administration and growing to the role of a commercial property manager with over two hundred seventy thousand square feet of office/ retail space and eighty plus tenants which he was personally responsible for. During his time in Property Management, FJ worked closely with Realty Capital’s senior leasing staff. In 2005 he was awarded the Trevor Hall Award, for outstanding contribution to the firm. His experience has given him a great deal of insight into all aspects of commercial property operation. FJ transitioned over to brokerage in 2007.
