CAREER SUMMARY

Nathan has been with Realty Capital for two years, starting brokerage in the summer of 2010. Since, Nathan has been involved in over $30 million in real estate transactions. Nathan graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2010 with a degree in Real Estate. Currently, Nathan specializes in landlord representation for office and retail properties. Nathan offers his clients a real estate background, with solid fundamentals, and a strong work ethic. Nathan is actively involved in NAIOP Central Florida where he has been a board member since 2010. He will be serving as the 2012 NAIOP case competition chair, the same competition he won in 2010 while a senior at UCF.
