Terry Day has specialized in land transactions for nearly 30 years. Ms. Day worked with builder/developers prior to joining Realty Capital, leading their acquisitions and development activities. Terry has worked with large corporations, small businesses, and government, and has worked for the FDIC and RTC as well as conservation groups throughout the US. She has done extensive workouts with projects that required repositioning due to market softening throughout the US with successful sales results.
