Daniel first became involved in the real estate business working for his father's family real estate company, Blackford & Associates in 1977. His initial focus for thirteen years was income producing property and property management specializing in high rise multifamily properties with shadow retail and garden multifamily properties in Florida, Virginia and Washington DC. Today he is a Real Estate Broker, developer and holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
